• Not cause disturbances to neighbours or host loud parties. • Groups of individuals under the age of 25 are not allowed. • The number of persons may not exceed the number stated in the reservation confirmation. • Visitors for a day are welcome but must be notified to the landlord or responsible person in advance. Overnight stays are not allowed unless otherwise agreed with the owner. • Smoking is not allowed indoors. • Starting fires is not allowed both inside and outside the house. • The barbecue can be used. The fire must be extinguished after use, and please be aware that the grill and ashes should be cleaned. • Music is allowed but consider the environment and neighbours. Music must be kept at a low volume after 11:00 PM. • Glassware is not allowed in the pool area. • Making copies of the keys to the rented property is strictly prohibited.

You must take out cancellation and/or travel insurance yourself Reservations can be canceled through communication by email with the following cancellation charges: Free cancellation within 8 days after making a reservation. • 30% of the total rental amount if cancelled after 8 days from the reservation up to 8 weeks before the arrival date. • 50% of the total rental amount if cancelled from 8 weeks before the arrival date up to 4 weeks before the arrival date. • 100% of the total rental amount if cancelled within 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.

Your booking is final when 50% of the total rent has been received. The remaining 50% must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date For bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance, the entire amount must of course be transferred in one go.

Arrival time on day of stay is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. We make sure that you are welcomed in the villa and that you are shown the way. In case of early departure or late arrival, no refund of part of the amount can be claimed We ask you to leave the house at 10:00. You consult with the host on site when this takes place and together you check the house for damage and defects.

Our accommodation is child-friendly. We also want your children to have a fantastic holiday. Our villas are equipped with; - a baby cot - high babychairs - children's cutlery - child safety locks on the gates of the terraces. (azure)

The total price includes a towel package per person. If you book a stay for longer than 1 week, an extra linen change is included in your stay. If you would like to plan another extra additional change, this can be done at an additional cost. You are required to pay the cleaning costs with every stay. If you wish an interim cleaning, this is possible at an additional cost. You can book this interim cleaning in advance or add it later The cleanings costs are €275,00

The villas are located on one big plot. They are separated from each other and have their one private space. For groups we can take care for a connection of both villas.

Zazu is located in the mountain of Mas Nou at Platja d'Aro. If you go down the mountain you are directly in Platja d'Aro where you will find every supermarket you need. There are a lot of bakery's, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Within a +/- 8 minute drive you are in the centre of this place. Beach - 4,4 km Centre - 3,9 km

The pool of Villa Serenity can be heated. This in optional and can be heated for €20,00 a day. The pool of villa Azure can not be heated

Yes, there is a private parking in front of the villa. Every villa has its own carport and place for several cars. The parking is private.

The deposit is €1000.00 and must be paid in advance with your booking. You will receive the amount back into your account within 7 days after departure.

There are security cameras at the entrance gate. These have no view of the private areas of the holiday villas and are only intended for uninvited guests.

Yes, it is possible to have your preferred dates in option. If your dates are available we can make an option, we keep your dates reserved for 5 days for you. Send us a request by mail.

Yes, we reccomand to have a car. The hill can be very steep. We have a private parking in front of the villa

Yes, in villa azure there are 2 bedrooms where the beds can be seperated to 2 single beds. And in villa Serenity there are 3 bedrooms where the beds can be separated to 2 single beds.
